1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or subscribing to GrantPath ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
GrantPath is a paid subscription that emails you a daily curated digest of newly posted federal funding opportunities sourced from Grants.gov, optionally summarized by AI and filtered by criteria you provide. We are not affiliated with Grants.gov or the U.S. government.
3. Subscriptions, billing, and refunds
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis through our payment processor (Stripe). Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account page; access continues through the end of your current billing period. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable.
4. Account responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
5. No guarantees
GrantPath helps you discover funding opportunities; it does not guarantee that any grant is available, that you are eligible, or that you will be awarded funding. Always verify details on Grants.gov before applying. AI-generated summaries may contain errors — always read the official announcement.
6. Acceptable use
You may not resell the Service, scrape it, share access with people outside your account, or use it to spam, harass, or violate any law.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms or if we are required to do so by law. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GrantPath's total liability arising from or related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or via the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
