Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

• Account info: email address, hashed password (or Google OAuth identity).
• Subscription preferences: funding range, keywords, agencies, deadline window, AI-summary toggle.
• Billing: handled by Stripe. We store the Stripe customer/subscription IDs but never see your card number.
• Email delivery logs: timestamps, success/failure, and bounce info to keep our sender reputation healthy.

2. How we use it

To deliver the daily digest, manage your subscription, send transactional and account emails, and improve the Service. We do not sell your data.

3. Sub-processors

• Supabase — auth and database hosting.
• Stripe — payment processing.
• Resend / email infrastructure — sending transactional email.
• Google AI / Lovable AI Gateway — generating plain-English summaries of public Grants.gov data. Your personal info is not sent to AI providers.

4. Email

Subscription digests are transactional emails tied to your paid plan. Every email contains a one-click unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing pauses the digest immediately; cancelling billing is separate and is done from your account page.

5. Cookies

We use only essential cookies needed to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

6. Your rights

You can view and edit your preferences from your account page, export your data, or request deletion by emailing support. Deletion removes your account, recipient row, and unsubscribes you from all email.

7. Data retention

We retain account and billing records for as long as your account is active and afterwards as needed for legal, accounting, or tax purposes.

8. Children

GrantPath is not directed at children under 16.

9. Changes

We'll notify subscribers by email of material changes to this policy.
